You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receipt provided you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged. You can use any freight company of your choice to make your return. Just remember to save the tracking number of your parcel to keep an eye on your return. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Refunds for the returned items will be made no later than 14 days from the time we received and approved the return. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, but will be reimbursed for the original shipping costs.
